Overview
The Network Engineering team is looking for a n Next Generation Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually
Requirements
• Be responsible for initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing, and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives.
• Be the primary conduit between our teams and the client during the integration process.
• Oversee the day-to-day progress of project(s) and release initiatives with regards to time, budget, scope, and quality and apply processes to report release status, key metrics and deliverables.
• Demonstrate your leadership by working with the Network, Data centre and application Engineers and other project managers to prioritize and refine plans to deploy our Next Generation technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate inter-project and inter-team dependencies and risks.
• Run post-mortem reviews on all deployment projects to identify learnings that will help improve the overall process.
