The Manager, Growth Marketing will be instrumental in identifying, testing, and scaling new marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This role requires a highly analytical and experimental mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and optimization. The ideal candidate will be adept at exploring untapped market potential, developing hypotheses, executing tests, and leveraging data to scale successful strategies.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identify and own go-to-market strategies to address emerging market trends, customer segments, and the launch of new products, services or features for Questrade.
Analyze test results, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions on campaign optimization and scaling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, analytics, engineering) to implement and scale successful growth initiatives.
Develop and manage budgets and timelines for growth-focused projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Document and share learnings from both successful and unsuccessful experiments to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay informed about the latest growth marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Explore and evaluate new marketing technologies and platforms to enhance growth capabilities.

Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Have 8+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and data analysis.
Have a proven track record of identifying and scaling successful growth initiatives that have driven measurable results.
Have a deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Have experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM platforms.
Have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Are proactive and results-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
