Global Securities Operations
One of the three international operations centres, BNP Paribas Global Securities Operations (GSO) provides services to global clients in the Asian region and some “follow-the-sun” activities for European clients. Wholly owned by BNP Paribas Securities Services, the GSO centre offers a wide range of services which include custody operations, fund accounting, middle-office operations, static data management, clearing and settlement operations and other transversal services.
Job summary
• Performance and reporting analysts have responsibility over the production activities associated to performances and risks calculations and generation and distribution of reports.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a client servicing operations team of a process(es)
• Supports the head of department to develop the strategic plan and manages his / her unit expenses
• Works with the client facing team to provide on-going client satisfaction with investment services
• Conducts Performance Management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions.
• Manages Performance analytics client servicing unit or function;
• Conducts the performance management process
• Identifies training and development needs
• Establishes performance standards for the unit
• Supports the Head of the department to develop the business unit strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for his / her team
• Works with Department head to finalize his / her processes budget and manage expenses for the team
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, team work and communication
• Works with clients to provide on-going satisfaction of investment services.
• Oversees support staff and production process
• Conducts performance management and career development processes
• Provide input for staffing and disciplinary actions
• Ensure a robust and automated performance process in a controlled environment

• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management and asset management
• Good communication
• Be able to mentor through confidence and approachability
• Good analytical, numerical and reasoning skills
• Ability to develop and deliver client presentation
• Approachable and able to promote team work through creative solutions
Job requirements
• 10 years of experience
• Minimum 8+ years of work experience with majority in areas of capital Markets, Securities operations
• Candidates should be willing and flexible to work in any shifts
