Benefits
Primary Level Salary Range: $133,200.00 - $199,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Software and Networks to join its dynamic team of technical professionals. The successful candidate will create an inclusive culture in a geographically diverse environment providing strong leadership and clear communication to manufacturing operations representatives to enable a cybersecure and real-time digitally enabled factory.
The team mission is to develop, deploy, and support modern cyber secure network infrastructure as well as digital connectivity software solutions to bridge the gap between our manufacturing operational technology (OT) and IT systems to enable real-time visibility into and analysis of our manufacturing execution. This position will oversee staff at multiple locations across the US, supporting all manufacturing sites in the NGMS Sector. As such, the selected candidate will be excellent at communicating and working with team members remotely. The manager position will oversee projects and team members providing network engineering and administration, software engineering, system engineering, application and system administration, and agile team support roles. This will be a dual role in functional and project management
