Job Summary As a Manager of Software Engineering, you lead multiple teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your team's work adheres to compliance standards, business requirements, and tactical best practices.
Job responsibilities Lead a team of software engineers to support BOTs in production Lead stakeholder management across CIB Operations Develop best practices for production stability of BOTs in conjunction with production management and Application development teams Coordinate with operations team to understand the business requirements (for CRs) and develop effective automation workflows.
This includes analyzing the process from perspective of risk identification and mitigation post RPA implementations Develop and maintain high standard of code adhering to coding standard and industry best practices Keeping up-to-date on various coding best practices being used.
Understand the problem statement and accordingly provide solution.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Maintain high quality standards whilst delivering against the compressed time lines Perform validation and verification testing and appropriate unit testing to avoid minimal testing issues Work with infrastructure team for code deployments/CI-CD in various environments.
Adhere to Coding best practices - review and provide suggestions to update the same. Good attitude and analytical skills to work independently with little guidance, should take ownership of work. Experience leading technology projects Experience managing technologists In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience working at code level This employer is a corporate member of myGwork
