Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager/Officer to join our Field Collections team. The role involves overseeing vendor performance, achieving resolution targets, and conducting field visits to address high-risk cases. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in collections.
Responsibilities:
1- Vendor Management: Manage portfolio allocation to vendors and monitor their performance closely to ensure timely collections.
2- Target Achievement: Drive the achievement of bucket-wise resolution targets and minimize the flow of cases to the next buckets.
3- Field Visits: Conduct field visits for high-risk cases and assist agencies with resolving complex issues.
4- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to process guidelines, conducting audits, and providing timely and accurate reporting.
5- Collaboration: Work with the legal team to take necessary actions against chronic defaulters and other difficult cases.
6- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage field officers, addressing performance issues and replacing non-performers when necessary.
Eligibility:
1- Qualification: Graduate (mandatory).
2- Experience: 2+ years of experience in collections within Financial Services, Banking, FMCG, or NBFC sectors.
3- Proficiency in MS Excel.
