About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the execution of key learning and development programs across the University
Managing leadership and talent development programs, ensuring smooth implementation and evaluation
Collaborating with internal HR teams and external vendors to deliver effective training solutions
Supporting University-wide compliance-based training for both academic and professional staff


Who we are looking for
We’re seeking a strategic professional eager to apply their expertise in a complex and dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone motivated by the opportunity to gain experience at the University and make an immediate impact.

You will also have:

A qualification in HR, Learning and Development, Organisation Development, or a related field.
Experience managing learning and development programs in large, complex organisations.
Strong project management skills and experience in vendor management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of collaboration.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This role requires current valid work rights for Australia.
