Lightspeed is looking for a Manager,Outbound Sales to join our growing NoAm teams. You will be responsible for supporting sales leaders globally on executing and delivering our Outbound strategy. Lightspeed’s Outbound team is in hyper-growth mode. Our process has been refined and optimized at a smaller scale in the last few years, now is the time to expand our team and our reach.

We are currently only hiring in Toronto for this position. We will need this person to be in office 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What you’ll be doing:

Working with regional and functional leaders on developing and executing our outbound strategy playbook

Working with the recruitment and enablement teams on hiring and training resources for enhanced individual and team performance

Keep regions accountable on delivering the results as per targets and expectations

Working with regional and functional leaders on identifying the best tools possible for list creation, messaging and closing of prospects

Working with the marketing and sales team on developing new strategies to grow our outbound sales pipeline

Working to consistently meet clearly defined monthly, quarterly and annual goals for our outbound funnel

What you’ll be bringing:

Intermediate experience in launching & managing Outbound teams and achieving targets

Experience with Salesforce, Outreach or other sales engagement platforms

Tech savvy, but able to talk with and help people who are not

Proficiency in English

An entrepreneurial and agile mindset, a bias toward action and an ability to pivot when needed to meet business needs and objectives

Experience with Retail or Hospitality point-of-sale systems is an asset

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skill set, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of $150,000 - $17,000 CAD. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, RRSP plan and match, paid parental leave top-up, and paid time off.Please note that this compensation information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within Ontario and reflects the amount Lightspeed is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
