The Job
· Manage paid acquisition channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns.
· Be responsible, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
· Create strategies and campaigns, understanding the target audience, customer behavior entire user journey from account creation until purchase.
· Knowledge of running conversion campaigns and Ecommerce campaigns (For Example Google Smart Shopping, Facebook Dynamic Product Ads, Catalogue Sales Ads and Store Visits).
· Knowledge of running App Install campaigns and basic understanding of app analytics platforms like appsflyer, flurry etc.
· Knowledge of platforms like Linkedin and Twitter is a plus.
· Monitor the lead quantity and quality and optimise for both within a defined budget.
· Plan and implement engagement activities for lead generation and nurturing.
· Analyze Data and own conversion metrics.

· 4 years+ of paid marketing experience
