CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT . Execute the content production and management plan to serve specified business objectives . Interface with Business Search Marketing and Analytics . Support the search marketing team to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio . Regularly update oneself with the latest tools technologies and trends . Knowledge on content management for Apps B. PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE . Study the global best practices . Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes . Track and analyze content metrics related to production reach traffic consumption and engagement . Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI) . Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content . Run content related tests and experiments Required Qualifications and Experience . Required Qualifications and Experience . 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in a high-growth, digital native company . Education in mass communication, journalism, media MBA a plus . A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling . Understanding of how content can drive business in Apps . Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs . Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos . Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
