LinkCXO is an online exclusive AI Enabled CXO engagement & recommendation platform developed by IIT and IIM graduates, an intelligent medium to change the way CXOs collaborate globally.
It is a platform where we are building an exclusive community of C-Suite Executives or/and Entrepreneurs who can GROW, LEAD & INFLUENCE the Professional & Social world around them.
We have recently launched the app and the web platform and currently have 100-200 sign-ups on a daily basis with over 10000 CXOs on our platform, well in line with our planned Target CXO userbase of 50k members in the next 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership
· Setting up a long-term sales vision for the organization.
· Shaping, incubating, launch and driving new businesses/ ventures.
Sales & Business Development
· Developing and executing Alliance and partnership models:
· Alliance for Promotions and Advertisements on the platform.
· Alliance for CXO Search Platform for Search Firms and Corporates.
· Alliance for Content and Research Reports. (Business reports and Papers for CXOs / Business leaders looking for the latest readily available Market Insights and Data).
· Establish, Generate & Foster new B2B partnerships and build a sales organization.
· Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
· Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
· Drive alliances to synergise the products and services.
· Building a business ecosystem by identifying and forging strategic partnerships/ in-house capacity
Development
· Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
· Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand partner base.
· Develop a deep understanding of our product and insights into the underlying behaviour and interests of our target partners.
· Gain a deep understanding of our application to be able to craft the strategies that will resonate the best.
· Evaluating market conditions and competitor data.
· Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
· Support product development team and IT development teams in the development of market-centric platforms.
· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
· Act as a professional advisor and assume leadership role between LinkCXO and its partners to ensure that Company’s corporate image is maintained and, in so doing, derive maximum value from existing business.
· Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region.
· Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance.
· Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use.
Strategy
· Developing, owning and executing all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
· Representing business in various forums e.g. public forums, board meetings, senior management business reviews etc.
Requirements:
· 6+ years of experience in Partnership & Alliance. Especially Concept Selling,
· Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Being self-motivated and flexible.
