As the Manager - Passenger Fleets at EVRE, you will play a key role in managing the charging infrastructure for passenger electric vehicle fleets. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including strategic planning, operations management, and customer relationship management. You will be an integral part of our mission to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and drive sustainable transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the deployment, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for passenger fleets.
Fleet Charging Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of charging stations for passenger EV fleets. Ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators and clients, addressing their unique charging needs and requirements.
Project Management: Lead charging infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest EV charging technologies and industry trends. Collaborate with the technical team for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure that all charging infrastructure installations and operations comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Generate reports on charging station performance, utilization, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to improve operations.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support for their development.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for passenger fleet charging operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the EV charging industry or related fields.
Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the electric mobility sector.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
