What you’ll do
Process management Manage reconciliation of Interop transactions Ensure all the customer credits / reversals are processed within defined timeline / TAT Work with IT to address all system issues
Identify workarounds/ solutions to drive greater efficiency
Support Service Team in resolving customer queries
Daily publishing of transaction MIS and Recon Summary Connecting with Product or Business Teams for Product or Process related changes or enhancements
Immediately highlight seniors / stakeholders for any issues
Focus on enhancement and automation of recon activities Accurate in performing recon activites
Requirments
MBA / Graduate Detailed Process knowledge Reconciliation knowledge
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in financial domain viz. Reconciliation
Strong time management skills Accuracy in numbers
Understanding of basic accounting
Familiar with banking applications like CBS, Switch, Service Request Management, etc.
