Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the modernization of underwriting and policy administration processes.
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions and secure architectures.
• Analyze and improve risk selection and speed of claims resolution.
• Enhance customer experience through innovative strategies and automation.
• Mentor team members to foster skill development and growth.
• Manage client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications (CISSP).
• Hands-on architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, APIs, event streaming, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Track record of driving the adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches.
• Ability to oversee the project lifecycle and manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Expertise in providing technical guidance in system integration and cloud architecture.
• Skilled in designing scalable and secure systems using modern architectural patterns.
• Proactive in monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends.
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, with actual compensation dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, generous leave policies, and more.
