Our Manager People Capability is an important role within the organisation, leading a team whose success is instrumental to the outstanding workplace culture at Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga.
We're looking for someone who models our organisational values and inspires others to do the same.
The People Capability team, within the Corporate Services directorate, provides high quality and customer-focused advice and support.
It delivers programmes, policies, and processes which are the foundation of our organisational capability, capacity, and culture, and align with the vision and strategy of Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga.
Working closely with the Director Corporate Services and members of the Executive and Senior Management Teams, the Manager People Capability provides valuable insights into our people capability requirements, delivering advice and support to assist workforce planning and shape our continuous improvement approach.
To take this opportunity you will need to be a human resources generalist, with a passion for strategic thinking and workforce planning.
Having a proven track-record as a people manager capable of providing advice on workforce planning, dispute resolution, disciplinary action, and payroll and human resources information systems management is essential.
