Bank Australia is looking for a dynamic, forward‑thinking Manager, People & Culture Operations to lead our core people programs and elevate the employee experience across the organisation. This is an in-office role, based onsite five days per week, working closely with colleagues to deliver high quality outcomes. As the Manager, People & Culture Operations, you’ll take ownership of Bank Australia’s annual P&C operations program. Spanning across performance management, remuneration, engagement, policy governance and HRIS optimisation. This role does not have direct reports; you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver the annual program of work.

What you will be doing
Leading the annual P&C operations program including performance, remuneration, engagement and policy governance.
Designing and delivering people strategies and frameworks that strengthen culture and align with Bank Australia’s purpose.
Driving HRIS optimisation and operational efficiency across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Scoping and delivering P&C projects including change management, stakeholder engagement and implementation planning.
Managing remuneration benchmarking and performance cycles to ensure fairness and consistency.
Leading the annual engagement survey and partnering with leaders to embed meaningful action.
What you will bring:
Senior P&C generalist experience across operations, change, remuneration, recruitment and policy.
Strong stakeholder influence with the ability to coach, negotiate and build trusted relationships.
Proven project and change management capability in complex environments.
Deep knowledge of workplace relations and compliance with sound judgement and professionalism.
A proactive, agile and values‑driven approach with confidence to lead.
