• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Country Marketers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, legally-compliant creative to potential members. Be an expert in programmatic-first creatives across CTV, display, video, and audio placements.
• Collaborate with partner teams to develop a test-and-learn agenda aimed at unlocking new programmatic channels, ad formats, and scaling user acquisition activities. Assist in translating campaign/test results into clear, concise, visual, and exec-friendly memos and decks.
• Be a thought partner to a broad set of cross-functional partners, including Finance, Data Science, and Engineering, on key web and mobile solutions for optimal measurement needs.
• Streamline ad operations, including partnering with platform reps to set up campaigns, upload creative into the platforms, build and QA ads, and set the ads live.
• Maintain and enhance Netflix's relationships with user acquisition partners, unlocking additional value and opportunities.

Requirements
• +7 years of implementing successful customer acquisition strategies and managing KPIs in the entertainment industry, a fast-paced subscription-led business, or a digital-native company, with a focus on running and scaling programmatic campaigns across CTV, display, video, and audio.
• Experience building a programmatic performance marketing program from scratch, working directly in and with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk and DV360.

• In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, incremental-based KPIs, and programmatic marketing technology (DSPs, Ad Servers, Campaign Managers, Ad Verification, etc.)
• Comfortable building campaigns and ads in DSPs. Experience with “Ads Manager” tools for businesses (e.g. Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager) an added bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams.
• Analytical with an ability to craft a clear and concise data-driven narrative.
• High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
