• Job Description:
To be instrumental in timely delivery of project construction. Should have complete understanding of Project construction planning. Plan the works in sequence in a coordinated manner. Provide timely inputs to management for corrective action. Maintain complete records of the project construction. Prepare L3, L4, L5 level schedules based on L2/ L3 level schedule provided by Central Planning team. Recording work progress on daily basis – Quantitative records. Plan Material & Manpower resources required. Planning delivery schedule of various materials based on lead period for different items. Coordinate with Planning & Engineering for timely issue of Good for Construction drawings to site. Coordinate with Techno-Commercial team for Materials, Extra item claims of Contractors. Preparing MIS and guiding Project Head / GM Construction for timely completion of works. Preparing Monthly cash flow requirement. Monitoring monthly billing of materials and services and preparing comparative of plan vs actual, preparing catch-up plans in case of delay. Preparing weekly, monthly MIS covering work progress, materials, cash flow requirement. Conducting weekly review meetings with Contractors, maintaining MoM, Follow-up on MoM deliverables. Pulling the Channel Partner’s to priority sell our product by providing offers, schemes, vouchers etc as approved by the management. Strong negotiation with Channel Partner’s on timely basis regarding brokerage ladder. Coordination with brokers for smooth flow for raising invoice. Coordination with CRM regarding timely brokerage disbursals
• Skills: Experience in using Planning software– MS Projects/ Primavera is mandatory Planning, Monitoring & Estimation skills, Team player, Coordination with internal and external members
• Education: Civil Engineering Graduate from a reputed institute with First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering (exceptional case) from a reputed institute with First Class
