Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate will be based at Plant level at Mahad for reputed listed company Manufacturing API / Bulk Drugs / Intermediates.

2. You will be responsible for handling complete HR function & IR based at Plant,

2. You will also work on Performance Management / Appraisal & Training program.

3. You will also on all Statutory compliances & dealing with Government officials.


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Any Graduate, MBA / PG Diploma in HR Management & Labour Law.

2. Experience 8 to 10 Years in working for pharmaceuticals or API / Bulk Drugs or Chemical company based at Plant Level.
