This role to support the transition program & capacity planning in Bangalore service centre. The role covers Transition Delivery, Capacity/Resource Planning and Optimisation.
The role is expected to deliver key transition projects to support new processes coming into the various business within Bengaluru Service Centre. The role is also expected to manage capacity and resource that would result in optimal utilisation of resources and effective management of overhead. In addition, the role will also provide oversight to ensure compliance of all Bengaluru Service Centre transitions to the ANZ Transition Governance Framework. With governance and providing oversight on infrastructure-related processes to align with cost regulatory, the focus on the future of work, this role is expected to define & implement compliance, risk and other parameters given the new/future work set-up.
