As-Is assessment of the current situation
• Perform the Gap Analysis, identify the Improvement areas and help define the opportunity sizing for Business Process Reengineering and Improvement Initiatives
• Drive end to end alignment for project execution including local and global stakeholders and create all necessary project approval documentation and other internal requirements
• Help identify lean / automation opportunities
• Adhere to and support overall project management & governance activities
• Strengthen approaches and frameworks through best practices sharing and preparing use cases from completed projects
