Job Description
• Responsibility to review and coordinate internally to develop the pricing for bids.
• Creating and maintaining repository of information on successful / unsuccessful bids with associated analysis.
• Close coordination with Sales & Business units to develop and execute winning bid strategy
• Create and implement effective and efficient process flows for managing RFQs
• Digitize and improve the process flows over a period.
• Collaborating with market and legal teams to ensure adherence to DP world acceptable terms and conditions.
• Drafting and developing language pertaining to formal bid responses.
• Ensure timelines are followed in bid submissions
• QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Skills and Competencies
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Commercial, tender management and pricing in the logistics industry.
• Excellent analytical and system skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Proactive approach and adherence to timelines
• Preferably from Logistics Industry.
• Optimistic nature and strong team player
• Excellent organizational skills, strong multi-tasker, able to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to research independently with speed and initiative.
