• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and shop floor teams to optimize resource utilization and minimize production bottlenecks.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze material requirements, and implement strategies to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for effective material planning, production tracking, and reporting.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization to management.
