The Opportunity:

Join WorkPac as Manager of Professional & Specialist Recruitment, overseeing a high performing national team focused on contingent professional, technical and specialist recruitment. Working closely with the Group Sales and National Accounts team, this role plays a key part in strengthening and expanding national client partnerships whilst identifying new opportunities across temporary, fixed-term, and permanent recruitment solutions. This role carries full accountability for your team’s success — leading performance, workforce planning, and productivity while fostering a high-performing, engaged culture. Key Responsibilities will Include:

Oversee the delivery of tailored recruitment and workforce solutions across a diverse portfolio of professional and corporate clients
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to Team Leaders and Recruitment Coordinators
Manage operational performance, ensuring service excellence while proactively resolving client and candidate matters
Analyse and report on key performance metrics, market insights, and pipeline activity to inform strategic decision-making
