We are looking for a Program Manager to help drive and implement our ambitious strategies for our customers. Our ideal candidate has an excellent track record of managing resources and building relationships. You'll have plenty of opportunity to leverage your tactical knowledge and management experience as you help our teams to drive more value. Some travel is required with this role, when permitted.
What does a day in the life of a Pontoon Program Manager look like?
• Overseeing, planning, directing, and controlling all phases of an MSP account – in short, the success if the Managed Service Program (MSP) account is in your hands!
• You will be the main contact for your MSP account and spend much of your time building a trusted relationship with key decision makers.
• Driving program evolution while keeping the client’s strategic needs and expanding the program to further regions.
• As a brand of The Adecco Group, you’ll work closely with other Adecco brands to deliver a full scope of services to your client and know when to bring in other suppliers to optimize delivery.
• You will have full P&L responsibility, so you’ll spend time ensuring financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded, while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and procedures. Financial acumen is important as you’ll work closely with business analysts to provide performance analyses and will be accountable for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• A Program Manager is also a subject matter expert in the staffing industry, staying abreast of leading trends and best practices and uses this knowledge to update the client and make recommendations.
• You will also spend time maximizing the use of a VMS technology, participating in sales presentations, participating in QBRs (Quality Business Reviews), and supporting ad hoc requests
