We are looking for a Manager, Programme Delivery to provide strategic leadership, direction, and assurance across a portfolio of projects and initiatives that deliver agreed organisational priorities and sustainable change.

This role enables effective delivery of strategic initiatives, strengthens organisational capability to manage change, and provides confidence that investments in programmes and projects are delivering their intended outcomes through strong governance, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead endtoend delivery of a programme of projects and initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
Establish and maintain programme plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and interdependencies
Provide assurance over delivery progress, risks, issues, financial position, and benefits realisation
Establish and operate effective governance and reporting for senior leaders and governance forums
Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and delivery partners

To be successful in this role you will bring:

A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience
A professional project or programme management qualification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMP) is preferred
At least seven years experience delivering complex projects or programmes concurrently
Proven experience operating in complex organisational or public sector environments
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing capability at senior levels
