JOB TITLE: Manager - Project Management Officer
Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manages multiple facets of several ongoing, highly visible projects simultaneously. Gathers, evaluates and analyzes data. Monitors trends, prepares reports and presents recommendations individually or as part of a team. Provides support to the Operations Management Team to facilitate achievement of Company and Client goals.
Typical Qualifications:
Industry : BPO
Education : Four-year college degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Experience Target : Five or more years of industry-related experience, including project management & BPO PMO experience Mandatory
Skills: Strong project management, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work independently and successfully within a cross-functional team. Excellent technical skills (Excel, Word, MS Project)
Knowledge/Abilities: Demonstrated strong understanding of general business management, basic accounting and work processes. Strong understanding of the call center industry and SITEL's business and strategic goals. Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage confidential and sensitive data.
Decision Making Authority:
Independent Decisions Expected -
Critical decision points on project plans (i.e. when to escalate)
Ownership of project tasks
When and with whom to work in order to resolve conflicts
Presentation format and content for various audiences
Recommendations Expected -
Logical problem resolution within the guidelines of the project parameters
Process improvement suggestions
Cost-saving suggestions
Suggestions for alternative solutions that will positively impact profitability and/or client, customer or associate satisfaction
Identify and communicate 'best practice' procedures
CTC - Max upto 13 LPA
Location - Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon & Mumbai
