Job Description :
Financial Analysis (Balance Sheet, P & L, Bank statement and Cash flow statements)
Basic Knowledge of Project Construction
Real estate project analysis and verification of Invoices
Reading and interpreting legal statues and documentation
Preparation of draft reports/presentation
Co-ordination with clients and other agencies involved in the assignment
Qualification :
B.Com,BE,CA,
Skills :
B-Civil, B-Com graduates or CA (with work exp of 3 to 4 years)
Worked with RE developers, Contractors, or lenders
Comfortable in using Tech tools for work
Eye for detail and focus on quality
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoints etc)
Proficient in Tally/ERP/Accounting packages
