( B2B / INSTITUTIONAL SALES - Areal Sales Manager ) - MNC Building Material Company
Market Development :
• Locating new Architects, Interior Designer Firms & Project Management Consultants & Contractors in the territory & profiling them for sales & services.
• Categorizing the firms on the basis of their year of commencement, operation, segments they are operating in, firm size, etc.
• Meeting the Architects & Interior Designer and making them aware about the products & exclusive services
• Maintaining a good relationship with the Architects & Interior Designer by constantly keeping them updated about the latest offerings by Company & also by servicing them.
• Providing them with the Technical Assistance on site.
• Generating Inquiries of the site from them and also providing them with the site support services.
• Achieving targets given for sales & also for providing services.
• Site Management: Generating Lead, Follow Ups, Sampling finalization of deal.
• Complaints handling & also providing the detail analyzed reports to the seniors.
• Mapping all the contractors in the Territory & also upgrading them with the training of the new & existing products available in the market.
• Inviting them to the initiatives Product Launch, Signature store meets, Exhibitions etc. and also some territory wise Initiatives like product training programmes, cocreation, feedback for the new products etc.
Candidate Requirement :
MBA preferred
From - Any Building Material Industry in " Project Sales / Key Accounts Management.
Only " South Zone " working experience candidates preferred.
