Primary Responsibilities

Role:
·Carve out complete business development plan for b2b segment for the focused units
·Consistently driving business development agendas to deliver the xx value of business in the focused unit
·Driving specification agendas in unit in alignment with the specification head
·Working in close integration with Central Marketing Team/R&T for product development agendas for the units along with delivery on numbers and carving out the pathways
·Help units inproductpitching strategybyhighlightingtheuniquepropositionsofproductand comparative study of the product
·Supportwithcollateralscreation. Identifying the need and then working on it with unit marketing team in alignment with the unit head.
·Driving IT related models, data automization and crm and other key models related to sales
·Conceptualize and drive measures for influencer which includes loyalty program and other initiative
·Team capability building model and engagement model
Business Objective:
·Help units on Index sheet maintenance of all segments in Project Sales and prepare growth plan for business within depth analysis of index
·Implementing breakthrough methodology
Detailed understanding of b2b segment
Ability to integrate with teams and if required lead from front
Achievement orientation and delivery of key objectives
·Drive influencer level strategy in each unit and ensuring business generation
(for eg: Contractor model or developer model or construction company model or govt. body model)
Ability to reach out to new avenues and different stake holders for gathering the inputs
Ability to build interpersonal relations
Excellent presentation skills
Scope of Work
b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):
Need to work independently and should work with teams in remote locations. Must work with teams who do not have direct reporting and those hailing from cross cultural background

Qualifications
Essential: MBA having experience of working in b2b segment or brand management
Desired: MBA from a reputed Institution
Previous Experience
Essential: At least 2 years' experience in B2B Segment
Desired: Overall 3+ years in handling retailing/b2b/marketing
