About the role
The Project Manager is a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects with channel partners to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through Channel partners team/peers/subordinate supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters.
• Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting.
• Reviews status reports prepared by channel partner project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required to site requirements.
• Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
• Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, along with maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.
• conduct trainings on best industry standard for channel partners and their teams.
• learn and keep upgrading new technology both internal and externally.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Commercial HVAC industry experience, controls experience is a plus
