We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Execution Manager to oversee the successful implementation of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and scheduling to coordinating with vendors and ensuring quality control. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction and design processes, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient execution of interior design projects. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget. Identify and address any financial risks or issues.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and oversee the procurement of materials and services.
Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or deviations from the design plan.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed successfully. Manage any issues that arise during execution, finding solutions that minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage 10 to 15 projects, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final project closeout documents. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the interior design industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Skills:
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
