ies● Responsible for strategizing, launching and scaling up supply of hotels in assigned regi
onsand cities there
in.● Close end to end franchisee deals with hotel partners starting from building funnel,
toreaching out relevant stakeholders at property and closing final deals at competit
ivecommerci
als● Developing market entry strategy, planning property launch across cities in the clus
ter● Possessing acumen to identify areas of good demand in the region and develop sup
plywhich is relevant for gro
wth● Complete responsibility & ownership of the launch targets for the clust
er.● Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies to encourage u
seradoption and penetration of bra
nd.
What are we looking
for?● Understanding of Commercial Real Estate business well and have prior experience in
dealclosures at hospitality consulting organisations or real estate compa
nies● Excellent interpersonal and relationship building sk
ills● Preferably 3-6 yrs of experience in the relevant indus
try.● Good Presentation and communication sk
ills● Strong excel/g-sheets and number crunching skills to handle number driven negotiat
ions● Proven negotiation skills with a track record to seek, create, negotiate and close a
