Manager Public Relation

Job Title : PR & Event Manager Experience : Minimum 7-+ years of experience required in a related domain Job Summary : - You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, execution, evolution and management of the Public Relations, Events and Media presence activities. The role entails identification of target audience in tandem with the Marketing, Sales and Research teams to achieve organisation's short term as well as long term goals. Role & Responsibilities : - Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the company's reputation and brand image. - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. - Write and edit press releases, articles, and other communication materials. - Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks. - Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media events. - Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and requests. - Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, press conferences, trade shows, and corporate gatherings. - Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. - Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with the company's goals. - Create compelling content for various PR and event materials, including press releases, speeches, presentations, and promotional collateral. - Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communications. - Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and protect the company's reputation. - Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations and manage communication. - Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR and event initiatives. - Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and improve future campaigns. Qualification and Skills : - Bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing, Mass Communications or related field.- A background from a full-time role in the Hospitality or the Aviation industry may also be suitable if you have worked in a role which involves interacting with Public at large. - Proven experience in public relations and event management, preferably in a similar industry. - Extensive knowledge of public relations strategies and protocols.- Familiarity with digital marketing analysis tools.- Advanced social media marketing skills.- Willingness to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and developments- - Proven track record of identifying and maximizing event opportunities- - Must be a self-starter who requires little to no supervision to meet corporate goals- - Excellent time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
