Roles and Responsibility
Job Summary
• Process & Governance team at SC Capital is involved in consolidating process management within standards, rules, frameworks, and guidelines. Governance involves controlling and reviewing activities in the organisation and supporting GIA`s functional strategy. The team also manages infrastructure & compliance for branches. In addition, team manages purchase to pay (P2P) process.
• Branch Management, Branch Compliance, Procure to Pay (P2P), Process Management, Risk Management
Strategy
• Help P&G in execution of GIA`s functional strategy
Business
• Ensure that all agreements, registration, licences, property extensions, payments, renewals, new procurement, repair works, and branch requirements are done in timely manner.
• Should be able to onboard vendors and complete Risk Assessments
• Responsible for ensuring seamless Procure to pay (P2P) process and bring in efficiency in terms of value and process
• Ensure that necessary regulatory requirement under various statues for P2P like RPT, MSME, GST, TDS, etc. are met
• Serve as backup for customer service desk
• Work with central finance team for asset capitalisation
• Should be able to sort out with Audit related queries
Processes
• Coordinate in framing, modifying, identifying & creating processes for SC Capital
People & Talent
• Coordinate and get faster resolution with branches, internal stakeholders, and external stake holders. Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and work in collaboration with External Partners and Internal stakeholders.
Risk Management
• Help in rolling out risk framework and ensuring its checks are done in timely manner
Governance
• Coordinating, tracking, training, and ensuring that there are no branch related compliance breaches
• Ability to track and develop MIS for various forums and better transparency
• Help in preparation of presentation for Ex-Co, ERC and other forums

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead the Standard Chartered Capital Ltd to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
• A Commerce graduate/ MBA with minimum 5 years of experience
• Understanding of end-to-end process from onboarding a vendor, making purchase order and invoice processing
• Experience in branch management and knowledge about compliance matters at branches
• Basic knowledge of statues related to GST, TDS, MSME and RPT
• Pro-active, with the ability to probe and challenge existing processes and propose new ideas/changes
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with a disciplined attention for details.
• A highly motivated self-starter with a hands-on, delivery focused approach
• Ability to adapt and function in a dynamic environment
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and negotiating skills that can effectively be used in motivating, influencing, and advising senior stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and review data as well as perform deep dive analysis where required
