The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
• Should have 8 Years plus experience in Quality Domain
• BPO Experience is mandate
• Aware about creating quality Audit plan
• Knowledge of 7 qc tools
• Meeting the Benchmark Quality SLA for the programme.
• Meeting key client metrics on Upsell/C SAT.
• Implement Quality Improvement Projects. Constant process improvisation methods implemented.
• Team Leading Role
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
