Job Description
• Supports the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation such as Documentation of departmental policies and procedures
• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments.
• Ensures Statutory Compliances.
• Supports and implements Quality Implementation projects.
• Ensures timely Closure of Non conformities.
• Conducts Training on Quality standards in coordination with HR.
• Gives support to the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators
• Ensures that all the clinical areas are complying to JCI and NABH standards
• Ensure and maintain document control all across organization
• Ensures that meeting calendars of all Committees are made
• Does Gap analysis as per the observation of internal audit.
• Provides feedback to operations/clinical departments
Criteria:
Educational:
• UG – B.PT, B. Pharma - Pharmacy, B.U.M.S - Any Specialization, BAMS - Any Specialization, BDS - Dentistry, BHMS - Any Specialization, MBBS - Medicine)
• PG- Master in Hospital Administration )
• NABH / NABL accreditation survey experience as a core quality team member is required
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience
