• Detailed Network RF / MW design, plan validation and finalization
• Detailed BOQ finalization.
• Radio / MW network consolidation
• Inventory movement plan
• Delivery alignment
• Network Integration support
• EMF compliance
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
• Expertise in Radio and MW planning and optimization in 2g / 3g / LTE
• Layering expertise across multiple technologies and bands within 4G
• Expertise in introduction of new technologies like Massive MIMOs, residential femtos etc
• Capex and Radio and MW inventory management based on DB
• Knowledge of HetNet, Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies
• Expertise in using tools like SON, Geo Location, Planning tools for multiple technologies
• Excellent communication skills and CFT orientation to work seem Lesly across vendors, central and circle...
