Compliance Advisory & Stewardship CoE is a team of c350 colleagues operating key processes and controls on behalf of HSBC Group and Regional Compliance teams. The teams operate mainly from a Centre of Excellence (CoE) environment in sites located in China, India, Mexico and Poland.
Over the next 2 years the team will be supporting Group and Regional Compliance teams to transition processes and activities currently operated in a number of regions and countries into the CoEs in order to enhance risk management effectiveness and deliver efficiencies within acceptable cost parameters.
Wealth & Personal Banking’s (WPB) five business lines - Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Asset Management & Private Banking - serve nearly 40 million customers in more than 30 countries worldwide.
The Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Advisory Team is responsible for providing regulatory advice and guidance to colleagues across WPB, covering all aspects of Compliance including advising on new regulations, regulatory impact of business change and maintaining effective risk management of current business undertaken across WPB.
