Roles and Responsibilities
Updating and managing the bank reconciliation bank for disbursement and repayments
Ensuring accurate accounting for disbursement, repayment, and interest & other income, NPA, etc. from the LOS and LMS into the accounting system.
Automating the accounting from the LOS and LMS.
Checking the invoices being raised to / by the partners and highlighting the differences.
Review the processes and policies of Operations and advising the improvements in the same.
Assisting in the statutory and internal audit with regards to the loan portfolio accounting.
Desired Candidate Profile
CA / B.com with 3 years of experience preferably NBFC / Fintech
Experience in Reconciliation and accounting
Team Player
Excellent communication skills
