Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team with a size of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities
1. Lead a large team (preferably 10 to 15 people) in Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
2. Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests
3. Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines
4. Work well with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
5. Prioritize multiple partners
6. Responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process
7. Be a people’s manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• CA (Inter)/ MBA Finance/ M.com/ B. Com degree - Meaningful work experience
• Should have good RTR/ Inter Company knowledge (prefer).
• Experience in Oracle - Service central would be an added advantage.
Preferred qualifications
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and analytics concepts
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
