Role And Responsibilities
• Proactive Portfolio Analytics to ensure a pro-active approach to monitoring & reporting with high level accuracy.
• Work closely with the senior management team & lending partners in managing risk/return of the portfolio, defaults & collections.
• Prepare/support on regulatory reports relation to businesses of the bank in line with internal & external regulatory requirement.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Business/ Financials :
• Anchor all analytical engagement with specific businesses like Micro Finance, MSE loans, Vehicle Finance, etc.
• Consult & provide solutions to business units by leveraging data driven insights.
• Timely & accurate reporting of all statutory & Regulatory disclosures.
• Channelize all analytical decision support activities towards the business strategies by working closely with the respective businesses.
• Responsible for end to end deliveries across data support, campaigns, dashboard & analytical models for the businesses serviced.
• Define & establish performance monitoring framework & enable portfolio performance reviews with all stakeholders like business credit & risk.
• Audit & Compliance – Lead the engagement the discussion with the auditors & resolve audit queries & plug in the gaps, if any.
• Prepare, submit & justify department budget forecasting to relevant stakeholders and lead the budgeting process for the Department.
• Create effective data visualization for tracking & monitoring of the pre-defined targets of the team against the pre-defined KPIs.
Customer(Both Internal & External)
• Customer centric AORs
• Seek feedback from stakeholders on the challenges faced during software usage and work on solution
• Ensure timely resolution of issues faced by end consumers (Risk, Finance, Compliance, etc.) of the data. (Data reconciliation & resolution).
• Provide necessary details to field Credit & collections & other relevant team with respect to customers for better service & compliance.
• Stakeholders interactions
• Ensure timely reporting of all statutory & regulatory requirements with accuracy.
Internal Process:
• Compliance to SLA/Policies/Processes
• Have a clear understanding of internal business and Regulatory processes/policies and ability to apprehend the stakeholders on the requirements
• Analyze and prepare insights on high risk pool along with recommendations for resolution
• Work towards automation of reports relating to portfolio management
• Ensure all compliances are maintained.
• Process Management/ Process Excellence
• Cross functional Co-ordination with operations, credit, IT and Risk team for monitoring & reporting asset quality & technical support.
• Responsible for timely & accurate submission of daily, weekly & monthly reporting
Innovation & Learning :
• Ensure that you and team are up to date on all relevant circulars and all products/services offered.
Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and team
Qualifications
• Post Graduate degree, Previous analytics and/or credit risk management experience preferred
• At least 5+years' of experience in SQL, Tableau or PowerBi in Banking
