• Staff training and development programs are implemented and monitored effectively.
• Hospital stay experience is consistently rated as comfortable and satisfactory by patients.
• Issues escalated to other departments are resolved efficiently, minimizing disruption to hospital operations.
• Patient feedback data is accurately collected and maintained, informing quality improvement initiatives.
