Job Purpose
Build up sales and service infrastructure through identifying quality channel partners, retain them by ensuring profitability.
Responsible for customer service through higher TNPS/EQ, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice – postpaid/ prepaid, data etc.)
Achievement of key targets (Revenue, RoI) for FOFO channel
Execution of all strategies and plans for the FOFO channel
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Ownership of revenue targets for FOFO channel
Accountability for overall FOFO channel profitability
Expansion of franchise channel- Identification & recruitment of FOFO channel Partners
Monthly reviews and planning for FOFO with regular updates to the Retail Lead
Team conflict resolution
Coaching and training of franchisee owners/CREs
Regulatory compliance
