RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 200+ and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2026.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and build roadmap to curb churn and reactivate churned users who have joined Upstox
• Execute plan to retain and reactivate users who have joined Upstox
• Able to influence cross functional teams and prioritize retention's roadmap
• Able to show the plan and estimated results based on the plan to leadership
• Someone who is super analytical and follows metrics
• Someone who has been in fintech space
• Someone who has worked in onboarding or acquisition
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
Professional Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Should be from top A or B school
• Have knowledge of FinTech, Financial Market, Stock Broking and Financial Industry is mandatory
