Manager | Revenue Growth
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Revenue Growth will be responsible for driving corporate sales and expanding revenue streams for LearnTastic.com’s eLearning solutions, specifically targeting US-based corporate clients. The role demands experience in managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets of at least $20 million annually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving $20 million+ in corporate sales revenue from US clients.
• US Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with corporate clients across the US, ensuring successful deal closure.
• Business Development: Identify new US-based corporate partners and markets, focusing on high-value accounts.
• Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with key US clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth.
• Market Expansion: Expand into untapped US sectors and industries to grow the corporate client base.
• (B2B Sales, minimum revenue managed 10mm USD and should have US experience)
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years of corporate sales experience with a focus on US clients and proven revenue generation of $20 million or more.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and knowledge of eLearning industry trends.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
