Job Description
RSPO (Risk Steward Process Optimisation) part of Compliance Stewardship, CoE (Centres of Excellence) team is a growing team at CoEs primarily focusing on providing Stewardship support to Compliance risk stewards across HSBC. The team provides operational support to country/regional/LOB Risk Stewards in their Core Risk Stewardship tasks – each of which is a central tenet of Risk Stewardship responsibilities. This operational support entails the completion of key Risk Stewardship processes such as Risk Control Assessments (RCA) Quality Assessment, Trigger Review, Issues, Actions, Events and ‘Read Across’ activities; all supporting the delivery / adherence to Risk Framework standards.
