Equipment’s . To generate inquiries, finalize orders, coordinate, look after payments
and availability of products
• Reviewing customer inquiries, studying the technical requirements and sending
detailed quotations.
• Targeted the industrial sector, had detailed technical discussion with the consultant
regarding the requirement, reviewed the technical queries and closed the technical part
and thereafter closed the commercial part which led to increase in salesin the industrial
sector.
• Create demand for the company products directly by sales visits, training and
demonstration, understanding their requirement, feeding input wherever necessary,
preparing technical offer, and negotiating the technical and commercial part thereafter
• Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
• To approach Architects, Consultants, Contractors and PMC’s for Project Sales.
Coordinate with the consultants in the projects for Fire Safety to get our product
involved in the make and BOQ list.
• Review the PO received and confirm the items and it is proceeding further.
• To maintain relationship with the existing clients for upcoming projects. To approach
new corporate clients and explore new area to get more prospects.
• To co-ordinate among Managers and extract client leads.
Coordinate with design, Installation and technical team to meet customer objective.
• Timely payment collection after sales and regularly follow ups for the repeat business
