Role : Manager (Sales & Business Development)
Planned territory : He will be responsible for all customers located in Western and Central India
Location for posting : Pune
Reports to : Director (Sales & Marketing)
Experience : 10 to 12 years in a Sales and Business Development role
Education : Bachelor of Engineering, preferably with MBA
Exp’d date of joining : At the earliest
Preferable sector : Automotive companies, handling auto components/system for OEMs
HVAC, Mobile Refrigeration or from Agricultural and Off Highway sector
Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales of HVAC Products for all customers located in Western and Central
India customers
Meeting customers, OEMs and end users on daily basis and keep abreast of Market developments
Act as single point of contact to the customers for all matters relating to our product line.
Establish new customers, explore new business opportunities and maintain good business relationships
with all customers.
Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels. Conduct market
analysis & competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights and for business growth
Preparation of Budget, Sales Plan and review them periodically the financials to drive sales turnover
and profitability
Preparing client quotations as per company guidance, Price Negotiations & Settlements with customer
Tracking of all the Tenders by Govt. and for City Buses in various cities and report
Manage & support After Market Distributors for SPAL products. Offer after-sales support services
Meeting KRAs covering profitable sales, new business development and receivables from customers
Periodically reports on results, market conditions and proposed corrective actions or new strategic
initiatives aimed at sales and margin growth.
MIS and weekly updates to top management
Other Skills/knowledge expected:
• Candidate should have proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate
Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Key account Management
To have good Customer Focus, and ability to build relationships at all levels, Flair for Marketing &
should have good communication skills
Exposure to automotive components & systems and/or Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. Prior exposure to
OEMs for sales, automotive, HVAC, Bus/Trucks, Agricultural, Construction/Off Highway applications
Strong business and financial acumen with good analytical skills
Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
Good technical and domain Knowledge, Team Player, Result Oriented, Passion for Excellence.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc.
Compensation package
Commensurate with past experience, credentials and job responsibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
