Job Overview:
The Wedding Toli is looking for a Production Head with 5+ years of experience in wedding and event production. This role involves planning, managing, and executing weddings from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with the team, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and flawless events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee event production from planning to execution.
Should have knowledge of market and costings.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Work with clients and vendors to bring their wedding vision to life.
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for seamless execution.
Supervise event setups on-site and handle last-minute challenges.
Negotiate with vendors for dcor, setups, and technical needs.
Create detailed work sheets to document processes, ensuring clear planning and execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in event production (preferably weddings or large-scale events).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple events and work under pressure.
Good at creating structured work sheets for event planning.
Willing to relocate to Jaipur and travel as needed.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Manager – Sales and Events to lead and expand our sales efforts, manage event planning and execution, and deliver consistent revenue growth. This is a full-time onsite role requiring a dynamic individual with deep knowledge of hospitality sales and a strong network in both domestic and international markets. The role demands excellent relationship-building skills and a sharp focus on achieving aggressive monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals across rooms, weddings, banquets, and corporate events.
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and luxury consortia.
• Build strong B2B and B2C relationships with key clients, wedding planners, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) partners.
• Oversee planning and execution of high-profile events and weddings hosted at the hotel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional packages and digital campaigns aligned with revenue targets.
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through seamless coordination of sales and event operations.
• Maintain and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to senior management.
• Represent The Raj Palace at key hospitality trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in luxury hotel sales and event management, preferably in heritage or five-star properties.
• Strong understanding of Jaipur’s luxury hospitality market and its high-value clientele.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, hotel sales software, and event planning tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays based on event schedules.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Number and value of events booked and executed
• Client acquisition and retention rate
• Upsell and cross-sell performance
• Guest satisfaction scores related to event experiences
